Program FAQ

  • Depending on your choice of program, students can expect to learn a series of practical and lucrative skills. Our Public Speaking program develops confidence, articulation, charisma, and projection, while our Interview Preparation mentorship sessions are designed to make students into ideal program or job candidates. We’re also excited for our upcoming Persuasive Arts program, designed to improve critical thinking, persuasive writing/speaking, and conflict management.

  • Absolutely not. Our programs are designed to support students at all levels; from those who are shy and just starting to build confidence, to those who already enjoy speaking and want to refine their skills. Each student works at their own pace with guidance from instructors, ensuring they are challenged but never overwhelmed.

  • Strong communication skills extend far beyond the classroom. Your child will learn how to express themselves clearly in everyday situations, whether that’s presenting, collaborating, applying for part-time jobs, or handling social interactions with confidence. These skills also prepare students for interviews, networking opportunities, and future professional settings where effective communication is essential.

  • Absolutely! Many high school students apply for part-time jobs, internships, or volunteer positions, and strong communication skills give them an advantage. We train students to speak clearly, answer questions with confidence, and present themselves professionally in interviews. These same skills carry over into the workplace, helping them interact effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

  • Effective communication skills strengthen your child’s ability to succeed across subjects. They’ll learn to present ideas clearly in class, participate more confidently in discussions, and deliver stronger oral presentations. Improved organization of thought also carries over into writing, studying, and problem-solving. As a result, students often see increased confidence in the classroom, better engagement with teachers and peers, and stronger academic outcomes overall.

  • Our instructors create a supportive, low-pressure environment where students feel safe to take risks and build confidence step by step. We begin with simple, achievable activities and gradually increase the level of challenge as students grow more comfortable. Instructors provide personalized feedback, positive reinforcement, and practical strategies for managing nerves. The goal is not to turn every student into a performer, but to help each one find their own voice and become more comfortable expressing it.

  • We understand that schedules change. Families who withdraw from the program at least 7 days before the first session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the start date are eligible for a prorated refund. Regardless of your situation, we will make every effort to accommodate your child in a future session if circumstances arise.
