Our Process

  • Every session begins with an immersive lesson.

Our instructors don’t lecture. They guide, demonstrate, question, and challenge students to think, participate, and apply what they’re learning in real time. Although we prioritize practical, experiential learning, we also equip students with a wealth of professional, actionable, and principle-driven materials that reinforce their skills beyond the classroom. Each lesson is delivered through engaging, visually clear presentations led by knowledgeable and passionate instructors.

  • Students participate in collaborative discussions.

Students participate actively in collaborative discussions throughout both the lecture and practice portions of each session. By regularly sharing ideas, responding to peers, and working through real scenarios together, they deepen their understanding and retain concepts more effectively. This constant interaction strengthens their confidence, sharpens their thinking, and creates a richer, more engaging learning environment where skills develop faster and more naturally.

  • Every session includes a practice activity.

Every session includes a focused practice activity that reinforces the lesson through real-world application. Students work individually or in groups to analyze and respond to scenarios drawn from commercial, political, and even legal contexts. These exercises build practical communication skills, encourage teamwork, and help students apply persuasive thinking in meaningful ways. By practicing in varied settings, they develop versatility, confidence, and stronger overall skill retention.

  • Students are provided personalized feedback.

After each activity, the instructor addresses the presenter or group directly, offering clear, constructive, and actionable feedback in real time. This feedback is then expanded into a class discussion, allowing all students to understand what worked, what can be improved, and why. By hearing targeted guidance and analyzing examples together, students gain deeper insight, refine their skills faster, and build confidence through supported, collaborative learning.

  • Students and parents are given a feedback form.

At the end of each session, the instructor’s observations are compiled into a structured feedback form that is shared with both students and parents. This form scores students on key communication competencies and provides concise, qualitative comments highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. By receiving clear, consistent, and trackable feedback, students understand their progress, parents stay informed, and everyone can see measurable growth over the course of the program.
